It's so true! You meet some people through your blog and feel an immediate bond. I've been going through some books and movies today and I have the Anne movies on my table right now! I'm so glad we're friends ....and kindred spirits! Sweet hugs!
Oh yes. Isn't that a wonderful quotation! BTW, I would love to have known both C.S. Lewis and G.K. Chesterton. They're such great writers and seemed so approachable.
It's funny who you end up friends with a few who are very close and a wider range of people you like and enjoy their company but sometimes you meet someone and dislike them but they grow on you and you end up with a friendships that is very rare because it's come full circle. Merle........
I had one in life for about eight years, and although my husband and I are great friends, there is nothing like a kindred spirit. I always tell my children that if you find ONE true friend in life, you are very blessed. But I am very blessed by all the beautiful souls I've met while blogging including you, dearest Noelle. xoxo
Blogging has opened new frontiers Sheri! I love to discover other minds like without revealing too much about myself...a little like a writer wouldn't you say? All the best and thanks for stopping by!
