No Regrets...

“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you did not do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.

  1. Good advice but do it while you are young, I now like to sit in the sunshine and dream.

    1. An incredible ship on which both unbeknownst to them, my father and husband served/attended school! Imagine their surprise when they found out years later!
The words are a motto in this household!

    1. It feels good, does it not? It matters little what we do or dream, as long as we do!
      A very special ship!
      Thanks for stopping by,

  5. Hi Noelle from a somewhat sunny day in Oregon! Thanks for visiting me and leaving such a nice comment. Sorry I am so very late in coming to visit---we have been dealing with some things that couldn't wait any longer.
I LOVE this quote--so very, very true! It kind of reminds me of the lyrics in "Let It Go"...And the photo? I love tall ships--my fav being the Lady Washington which I first saw in Port Townsend before she became so famous in the movies.
Well back to work I go--have a great day!
    Blessings, Aimee

    1. I had the opportunity to see Lady Washington but I had no idea it featured in a movie. Thanks for sharing and blessings to you and yours,

  6. I love this quote! I've had so many people caution me about doing things on my own. But what if I stay home to be safe? What will I remember about that time? I love getting out in nature to see what I can see! Enjoy your evening my friend! I see some books to add to my book list. You always give the best reviews! Sweet hugs, Diane
